Question: Going Back to Godhead Depends on Piety?

Guru Maharaja, I really want to go back to Godhead in this one life. But is it that we should have accumulated enough sukriti, pious activities, from previous lives to go back in this one life, or should we take birth again and again until we get enough pious activities to go back to Godhead? Does it really depend on our pious activities?

Answer: Full Surrender to Guru and Krishna is Required

While pious activities will qualify you for a good birth on the earthly planet or even elevation to the higher planets in this material world, they will not qualify to get out of this material world and regain your original identity in the spiritual world.
